How to Delete Multiple Operating System From PC or Laptop

At Frist Goto Your Pc Search Bar and Search "System Configuration"
When you see it. Click on it.

In the System Configuration There are Some Option
You Should Click on "Boot" Option 

after click on it You will find  your Installed Multiple Operating System.

After Clicking In Any Operating System that you wanna Delete Than In the Bottom Delete Option will apear 

And After Delete OS.
Computer Will Ask You For Restart.
